Shawn M. Leadem, LCSW, CSAT, CMAT in New Jersey and Virginia with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Radford University. Through his specialized training by Dr. Patrick Carnes, Shawn has received his certification as a Sexual Addiction Therapist and a Multiple Addictions Therapist by the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals.

Elaine Leadem is the co-founder of Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services, P.C. (LCCS). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Elaine holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University. Her specialized training by Patrick Carnes, PhD has rewarded her with dual national certifications for Sex and Multiple Addiction Therapist by the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals.

Christopher J. Leadem is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and Virginia with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. His career development over the past 13 years has given him a breadth of experience helping individuals suffering from addictive and mental health disorders in a variety of settings.

I am a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of mental health and recovery. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Daemen University in 2025 and have since launched my professional clinical career focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.
