Eliyahu Rosen
LSW
Primary Therapist
I am a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of mental health and recovery. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Daemen University in 2025 and have since launched my professional clinical career focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.
My primary passion lies in supporting those impacted by addiction—whether you are working through your own recovery journey or are a partner or family member affected by a loved one’s substance use. Under the mentorship of Shawn Leadem, I remain committed to incorporating the collective practice wisdom and sound philosophy the treatment team at Leadem Counseling brings to every clinical challenge. Having worked in other mental health settings, I have quickly come to appreciate how much more I can offer each of my clients when I am supported by a clinical team I can trust and rely upon.
In my work with clients, I seek to foster an atmosphere that is safe and non-judgmental so that in the therapeutic work the clients’ innate resilience can be harnessed as they pursue healing and personal growth.
