Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services (LCCS) is looking to hire licensed clinicians to join our treatment team of therapists.

LCCS provides outpatient-counseling services to adults in a variety of modalities ranging from individual therapy to therapeutic intensives. Our client load is primarily comprised of individuals and families affected by substance and process addictions.

Our company continues to grow in volume and scope of services offered.  Our office is located in Toms River, NJ and we are in the process of expanding our services to include additional office space.

Qualifications

Prime employment candidates are individuals who have a personal and professional knowledge of the 12 Steps and proven experience with integrating this knowledge into an individualized treatment plan that will be developed by the treatment team.

Additionally, candidates must be licensed professionals who are credentialed to provide psychotherapy in the State of New Jersey.  All clinical staff members work under the weekly and group supervision of our clinical directors and are frequently asked to work as co-therapists on treatment team intensives providing wrap-around therapeutic services to clients and their families.

  • Work with a treatment team with extensive experience in every modality for the treatment of addictive illnesses and a combined tenure in the addiction treatment field of over 100 years
