Adelle Ross has joined our team as the Community Outreach & Retreat Coordinator. She was drawn to this role because of her strong alignment with the philosophy of treatment that is at the core of everything we do at Leadem Counseling. She believes that the counsel and support offered at Leadem Counseling are grounded in integrity and an unwavering commitment to those we seek to serve. 

Adelle has a natural ability to help others connect with her passion without the need for persuasion. So much so, others have found her passion to be contagious at times. She is dedicated to utilizing this ability to support Shawn’s vision of bringing quality educational workshops and retreat experiences to a broader audience.  In her role, she will organize a variety of events and initiatives that will allow this company the opportunity to provide valuable resources to others outside the scope of a typical therapy session.
