Shawn Leadem
Shawn M. Leadem, LCSW, CSAT, CMAT in New Jersey and Virginia with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Radford University. Through his specialized training by Dr. Patrick Carnes, Shawn has received his certification as a Sexual Addiction Therapist and a Multiple Addictions Therapist by the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals.
John Leadem
John V. Leadem, is the co-founder of Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services, P.C. (LCCS). John is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton.

Maria Hennigan
Maria is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University. Additionally, Maria has completed her advanced certifications in both Sexual Addiction Treatment and Multiple Addiction Treatment through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals founded by Dr. Patrick Carnes.
Christopher Leadem
Christopher J. Leadem is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and Virginia with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. His career development over the past 13 years has given him a breadth of experience helping individuals suffering from addictive and mental health disorders in a variety of settings
Yaakov Cohen
Primary Therapist
Yaakov Cohen is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master’s Degree from Touro University in New York. In his 7 years of experience, he has had the opportunity to work with those who were suffering from addictive disorders as well as other co-occurring mental health disorders in a variety of treatment settings.
